First you're going to need a scarf.

1. Lay your scarf flat.
2. Fold it in half.
3. Bring a folded corner and a loose end corner together.
4. Tie the folded corner and loose end corner together.
5. It should  resemeble  a triangle shape    
6. Find the opening
7. seperate the scarf to find  the arm holes   

There you have a vest!
